Dear Utica,
As excited as we are for the incredible opportunities 2016 has to offer, the “Save of the Day” Foundation would first like to thank you for all of your extraordinary efforts during 2015. With your support, we were able to donate more than $230,000 to help those in need throughout our great community.
But the giving didn’t stop with money. Over the course of 2015, you were able to provide 68 kids with autism a chance to go to summer camp; 200 families with a Thanksgiving turkey; 150 youth the opportunity to play hockey; 200 coats to ensure everyone was warm this winter; presents for seven families for the holidays; two hospitals a chance to continue their cancer research; and over 70 non-profit organizations an opportunity to continue their great work; and countless smiles throughout the Mohawk Valley.
We asked for your help and on every event you exceeded expectations. There simply aren’t words to express our gratitude for all of your contributions this year.
The Save of the Day Foundation is so fortunate to call the Mohawk Valley home. Our community has continued to support us throughout 2015 as they have in years past. We would like to spend a special thanks to the Utica Comets who have helped, and continue to help, in so many ways. We look forward to making 2016 a special year and with your help, we will continue to make a difference in our community.
Sincerely,
Kevin Lojewski President Save of the Day Foundation
